Our Expectation:
Kissflow is a workflow management tool, which for the most part is designed to ensure pre-defined processes can be created and executed by one (or more) stakeholders in a consistent and predictable manner.
As part of this value proposition, a process should be measurable, both in terms of the total time it takes to execute, as well as the time it takes to execute each internal step - as the whole purpose of defining a process and it's associated steps should be to improve efficiency (and still ensure quality).
Our Current Reality:
The current reporting available for Kissflow will allow us to measure the total time taken to complete a process, but NOT the time it takes to execute each individual step. This in my view completely erodes the fundamental purpose of defining a process in a tool such as Kissflow.
